The preparatory learning cycle for basic skills in Laparoscopic Surgery includes learning media, technical and scenario-based assessment processes and recommended hands on training methodology. In addition, it provides contextual media in the form of readings, online videos on demand and the potential of engaging in online tutorials and mentoring. Clinical assessment can be recorded via specifically available CAT and GAS forms to be signed of by your head of department and or specific appointed proctor. Should you engage in the assessment processes, the results will be available exclusively to you for future reference.
